Fed two pups every four or five days. Kept dogs in unventilated garage. Dogs are emaciated. Dogs were confiscated Oct 22, 2009, brought to Emergency Animal Clinic for evaluation and then taken to the shelter. See Supporting files for details.

These dogs deserve justice but it is not likely. There is alot of financial hardship in the family. It is a guess, and only a guess, that he wanted to breed these two to make money off the pups.
