Pleaded No Contest3 years probation, no dogs, psyche evaluation and fines.Arrested on 2/1/09 for a third degree FELONY Animal Cruelty charge FS 828.12.2 Prosecutor Charges Filed 7/30/09 On 2/17/2010 he was booked for violation of his conditional release, (he had a dog and he was not supposed to) and placed in Orange County Jail. He then pled guilty on 3/24/10 and now is out on probation. When deputies contacted Horvath at his home near Bithlo, they found the dog's legs were duct taped closed with a cloth pressed against her lower half, according to an arrest affidavit. After Horvath refused to pay for medical attention to treat the dog, investigators convinced Horvath to turn the dog over to animal services. A veterinarian decided it would be best to euthanize the 8-year-old animal. A necropsy was conducted on the animal and veterinarians discovered human, male DNA inside the dog's body. Deputies conducted an interview with Horvath during which officers say he confessed to sodomizing the dog several times.
