Sampson, a gorgeous German Shepherd dog was found either strangled or with a broken neck in the yard of Frank Kuhn. Sampson was tethered to an unmovable cable with a choker chain. Kuhn, recently arrested for stalking in an unrelated incident, called Animal Control on December 9, 2009 to have Sampson's body removed from Kuhn's residence in Cape Canaveral. County responded and removed Sampson's dead body.
