The injuries in the photo were bestowed on her by her owner. Her full story can be reviewed at the Voices for Ella Central Florida website, click on Kenta Wyns in the right column (about half way down the page).

A witness says this was not the first beating this little girl received at the hand of the man who owned her.
Yet, from day one at the shelter she has come right up to anyone who will stop and speak to her. She has a darling personality.

This sweetheart is now able to leave shelter life and go into a foster home until the legal issues are finalized allowing her full release.

If you can foster this girl for the shelter you will be the first real home this girl has known and you will be freeing up a much needed kennel at the shelter.

You can download a foster application from the Brevard Animal Services website
